Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into retroactive contract amendments with: Dunbar Hotel LLC, d/b/a Ashworth Hotel, Hampton, NH; The Old Salt Eating and Drinking Place and Apartments Inc., Hampton, NH; and DLP Restaurant Corp (DLP Chill), Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-17-13, item #69), to provide commission-based non-exclusive catering services at the Oceanfront Pavilion and South Pavilion Conference Room at Hampton Beach State Park, by extending the completion date to March 31, 2017 from March 31, 2014. No State Funds.
