Authorize to transfer the management of .56 +/- acres of land, a portion of a 17.8 +/- acre parcel of land, located along Spur Road and US Route 4 in the City of Dover, NH, to the NH Department of Transportation for highway improvements as part of the Newington-Dover 11238 project. $50,000 from the Department of Transportation will be deposited into the Wildlife Habitat Account. Effective upon G&C approval.
