Authorize the Division of State Police to pay overtime in the amount of $20,000 for permanent personnel from class 10 appropriations for positions that are vacant due to illness, extended leaves of absence, or pending recruitment at the State Police Communications for the period of March 7, 2014 through June 12, 2014 of SFY 2014. 100% Highway Funds.
