Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a contract with Xerox State & Local Solutions Inc., Phoenix, AZ, to provide International Registration Plan VISTA/RS and Performance and Registration Systems Management, VISTA/SE systems maintenance and intellectual property licensing, in an amount not to exceed $600,006. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017 with the option for one two-year extension until June 30, 2019. 100% Highway Funds.
