Description
Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to amend a sole source Joint Funding agreement with the US Geological Survey, Pembroke, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #111), to provide for a cooperative investigation to determine sources of nitrate in wells near blasting sites in NH, by increasing the amount by $15,990 from $70,000 to $85,990, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2014 to June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
