Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Stephens Marquis Associates Inc., Merrimack, NH, for a new fueling facility and removing the existing fuel tanks at the Andover, Franklin and Canterbury Sheds, on the basis of a low bid of $856,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $85,600 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 14, 2014. 100% Capital Budget Funds.
