Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Netsmart Technologies Inc., Great River, NY, to upgrade and add user licenses to the NH Hospital’s integrated clinical and financial software system, in the amount of $360,375.34. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. (Agency Class 27) Funds: the agency class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this contract with 70% General, 30% Federal Funds.
