Description
Authorize the Bureau of Education & Trainings’ request for a sole source amendment to a lease agreement with Hodges Development Corporation, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-5-13, item #17), by increasing the price by $59,400 from $89,100 to $148,500 and will increase by 1,058 square feet of classroom and break/kitchen space to the training space from 1,130 square feet to 2,188 square feet. Effective April 15, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2018. 100% Revolving Funds.
