Authorize to enter into a contract with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, New York, NY, for the provision of legal research to explore regulatory models for oversight of provider payment practices and safe harbors relative to anti-trust for activities related to efforts to inform policymakers and others regarding options for payment reform that improve care and reduce medical costs, in the amount of $96,275. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
