Authorize to amend the agreements with the Managed Care Organizations (originally approved by G&C on 5-9-12), to correct a scrivener’s error in Table 1 of the October 23, 2013 actuarial report provided by Milliman Inc., and increase the SFY 2014 price by $10,363,689 to $250,000,000 to assure contract resources are adequate to cover the remainder of the contract period, effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014, based upon the availability and continued appropriation of funds, with authority to adjust encumbrances between fiscal years if needed and justified through the Budget Office. SFY 2014: 50.5% Federal, 49.5% General Funds. SFY 2015: 50.2% Federal, 37.7% General, 12.1% Other Funds.
