Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Protection, Radiological Health Section to enter into an agreement with the US Food and Drug Administration, Rockville, MD, for the Division to perform inspections on certified mammography facilities within NH, in an amount not to exceed $33,740. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $3,814 from the US Food and Drug Administration to fund training to certify a Radiation Health Physicist III as an inspector for certified mammography facilities within NH. Effective retroactive to September 30, 2013 through September 29, 2014. 100% Other Funds.
