Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend a grant from the NH Department of Justice for the purpose of establishing a Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification Program, in the amount of $955,095. (2)Further authorize to establish class 046 consultant positions for the purpose of establishing a Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification Program. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved.
