Description
Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend the grant agreement with the Town of Salem (originally approved by G&C on 5-1-13, item #94), to revise the initial Scope of Work to allow for the community to purchase a laptop computer and associated software, in addition to the generator, to support the local Emergency Operations Center. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
