Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Plymouth to purchase and install a generator at the community’s Town Hall which is the designated Emergency Operations Center, for a total amount of $26,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
