Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Hopkinton to purchase and install a generator for the community’s Highway Department/Emergency Shelter, for a total amount of $24,168. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
