Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with SRS Petroleum Services, Bridgewater, MA, for a new fueling facility and removing the existing fuel tanks at the Franconia, Pinkham’s Notch and Errol Sheds, on the basis of a low bid of $840,698. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $84,069.80 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2014. 100% Capital Budget Funds.
