Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Manatt Phelps and Phillips LLP, New York, NY, to provide professional services to assist in the development and implementation of a mandatory Health Insurance Premium Program and a Premium Assistance Program under the NH Health Protection Act, in an amount not to exceed $1,675,000. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2015. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds. This item is contingent upon the enactment into law of SB 413-FN-A, 2014 Legislative Session”.
