Authorize to enter into an agreement with Dr. Andrea Berry, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, employed at Mid-State Health Center, Bristol, NH, to provide reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, in the amount not to exceed $37,500. Effective April 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through March 31, 2017. 100% General Funds.
