Authorize to enter into a contract with Felix Septic Inc., Bow, NH, for septic pumping and disposal at 8 state park facilities, 3 welcome information centers, 1 historic site, and 1 DRED facility, in the amount of $22,660. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $4,532 to cover any unforeseen septic issues.
