Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $200,000 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for operating expenditure that have exceeded budget expectations due the severity of the 2013-2014 winter season and with regard to adjustments needed in staffing operations for toll collection. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Turnpike Funds.
