Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for replacement of median box beam guardrail with concrete median barrier and other related work along NH 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) in Portsmouth, on the basis of a low bid of $696,482.10. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $34,824.11 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 22, 2014. 100% Turnpike Funds.
