Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into an agreement with the City of Manchester to provide funding of $83,700 under the Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program through a local project administration process. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. City is responsible for match requirements. 100% Federal Funds.
