Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Jeremy Hiltz Excavating Inc., Ashland, NH, for the Nashua Site Improvements, Nashua, NH, for a total price not to exceed $873,625. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $40,295 for unanticipated site expenses for the Nashua Site Improvements, bringing the total to $913,920. (3)Further authorize the amount of $30,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $943,920. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
