Authorize to sell the State-owned land, buildings, and other improvements located at 85 Pleasant Street, Concord, to JOLO Properties LLC for $95,000 which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. (2)Further authorize to reserve and retain in favor of the NH Division of Historical Resources as a condition of the foregoing sale, a 7 year term historic preservation easement restricting the alteration of the exterior of the building included within the Property. (3)Further authorize to pay 5% of the gross proceeds from the foregoing sale (amounting to $4,750) to Gallo Realty Group NH, LLC, Manchester, NH, as its commission for real estate brokerage and marketing services provided with respect to the Property. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Net Proceeds from Sale (General Funds).
