Authorize to award a grant to the County of Merrimack, Boscawen, NH, to provide the Concord YMCA with Emergency Funds to repair and/or replace portions of the HVAC system that serves the Firehouse Building Childcare Facility, in the amount of $400,000. Effective September 4, 2013 through December 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
