Authorize the Risk Management Unit to enter into a contract with the Rowley Agency Inc., Concord, NH, for the purchase of fleet insurance coverage for state owned vehicles, claims administration services and for the safe driving instruction program, in the amount not to exceed $2,490,600. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $10,000 for any increase in the number of fleet vehicles, bringing the total to $2,500,600. Effective November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2016, with the option to renew for two additional one year terms. 100% Agency Funds.
