Authorize the Division of Plant Industry to retroactively enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH, to conduct public outreach to industries, stakeholders, decision makers and the general public about emerald ash borer, Asian longhorned beetle and other invasive forest insects of interest, in the amount of $29,500. Effective September 1, 2013 through August 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
