Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section, to enter into a sole source agreement with Early Learning NH, Concord, NH, to coordinate and promote Project LAUNCH (Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children’s Health), in an amount not to exceed $283,335. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
