Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Scientific Technologies Corporation, Tucson, AZ, for the purpose of installing a disease surveillance module known as the Patient Reporting Investigating Surveillance Manager into the existing NH Electronic Disease Surveillance System, in an amount not to exceed $136,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
