Description

Authorize with the Division of Community Based Care Services, to enter into an agreement with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital d/b/a Dartmouth Hitchcock, Lebanon, NH, to improve regional public health emergency preparedness, substance misuse prevention and related health promotion capacity, and implement school-based influenza clinics, in an amount not to exceed $296,602. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 92.54% Federal, 7.46% General Funds.
