Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Chronic Disease Prevention and Screening Section, Tobacco Prevention and Control Program to enter into an agreement with JSR Research and Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to improve health plan coverage for tobacco treatment and establish partnerships for financial support of the NH Tobacco Helpline, in an amount not to exceed $66,923. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
