Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the University of PA, School of Veterinary Medicine, to perform immunohistochemical testing of retropharyngeal lymph node or obex tissue from free-ranging cervids, including white-tailed deer or moose, for the presence of chronic wasting disease, in an amount not to exceed $13,500.
