Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the Courtyard by Marriott of Concord d/b/a Capital Hotel Company I LLC, Concord, NH, to host and underwrite a portion of the cost of meals for attendees at the Nongame and Endangered Wildlife Program’s 25th Anniversary Recognition and Celebration being held on October 5, 2013 at a cost not to exceed $10,000.
