Authorize to retroactively amend a sole source Joint Funding Agreement with the US Geological Survey, Pembroke, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 3-17-11, item #72), to provide technical assistance in assessing transport processes and potential geochemical reactions controlling arsenic concentrations in groundwater at the Auburn Road Landfill Superfund Site in Londonderry, NH, by increasing the amount by $9,960 from $166,985 to $176,945.
