Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with School Administrative Unit #14/Epping School District, for the purpose of purchasing and installing equipment that will enhance the physical security and safety of schools within the District for a total amount of $27,910. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
