Authorize the Division of Higher Education to enter into a sole source contract with NH College and University Council, Concord, NH, to promote student participation in a rigorous high school curriculum; enhance the quality and number of tools available for schools that encourage postsecondary education; expand processional development opportunities for middle and high school guidance personnel regarding academic rigor; and, increase the access to higher education opportunities, build financial literacy, and provide information about the road to college to underrepresented students in the amount of $150,000. Effective upon G&C approval through July 1, 2014. 87% Federal, 13% General Funds.
