Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Higher Peaks Research LLC, Black Mountain, NC, to provide training and technical assistance in Participatory Adult Learning Strategies to the professional development providers under the State Personnel Development Grant and other Bureau Project Partners for development of job embedded and sustainable professional development in an amount not to exceed $10,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
