Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Delucca Fence Company Inc., Belmont, NH, for replacement of approximately 100 terminal “F” guardrail end units at various locations, on the basis of a low bid of $863,998. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,479.86 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 22, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
