Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the City of Manchester, NH, in the amount of $500,000 to support the co-located homeless engagement center and 40-bed emergency shelter located at 39 Beech Street in Manchester. Effective April 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through August 31, 2025. 100% General Funds. (2) Further authorize an advance payment to the City of Manchester in the amount of $140,000, as detailed in the letter dated February 28, 2025. Effective April 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
