Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with Sullivan County, Newport, NH, providing courtroom and office space for the Sullivan County Superior and 5th Circuit – Probate Division Courthouse, comprised of approximately 16,206 square feet , in an amount not to exceed $424,080. (2)Further authorize a waiver from the “Clean Air” testing requirement. Effective May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2015. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC.
