Authorize to enter into a contract with the Tsunis Holding Inc., d/b/a Holiday Inn, Concord, NH, for the purpose of providing a handicapped accessible room and refreshments for the annual Municipal Trustees Seminars in the amount not to exceed $3,300. Effective upon G&C approval through May 30, 2013. 100% Other Funds. (Charitable Trust Fees).
