Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Statistics and Informatics to amend an agreement with the Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-6-12, item #72), to provide technical assistance to health care providers who need to comply with cancer reporting requirements, by increasing the price by $35,894 from $1,161,066 to $1,196,960. Effective May 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 100% Federal Funds.
