Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a sole source agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7-13-11, late item B), to expend the Housing Bridge Subsidy program for persons with mental illness who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, by increasing the price by $81,280 from $2,410,723 to an amount not to exceed $2,492,003. Effective January 28, 2013. 35% Federal, 65% General Funds.
