Description
Authorize a Supplemental Loan Agreement with the Town of Newmarket, which finalizes the Original Loan Agreement in the amount of $940,000 (originally approved by G&C on 8-19-09, item #109C) for the design and construction of the New Village Utility Improvements project. Effective upon G&C approval. 50% CWSRF Repayment Funds, 50% Federal ARRA Funds.
