Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance to enter into a contract with Interstate Electrical Services Corporation, Bedford, NH, for electrical services for facilities maintained by the Bureau of Highway Maintenance District 5, in the amount of $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period. 100% Highway Funds.
