Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Health and Human Services, to amend a sole source retroactive contract with Interactive Voice Applications Inc., Dallas, TX, (originally approved by G&C on 6-13-07, item #20), for the ongoing support, maintenance, and hosting services provided for the email-based Random Moment Sample service, in the amount of $30,000 from $85,000 to $115,000, and by extending the end date from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the agency class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this contract is 58% General, 42% Federal Funds.
