Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with FPH Tank Installation & Service Inc., Orleans, VT, for the demolition of three above ground storage tanks and installation of a 5,000 gallon underground storage tank, Glencliff, NH, for a total price not to exceed $159,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 19, 2012. 50% General – Capital, 50% General Operating Funds.
