Authorize to retroactively amend item #21 approved by G&C on April 13, 2011, by extending a part-time temporary Program Specialist IV (LG25) position, which provides the coordination of the Sexual Assault Resource Teams project, from April 30, 2012 through June 30, 2013. 100% Agency Income (origin – federal funding). Fiscal Committee approved. (2)Further authorize to enter into a sub grant with the NH Department of Justice, in the amount of $30,520 from the Violence Against Women Act grant program for the purpose of providing services for women and children in NH who are victims of violent crimes, specifically for the Sexual Assault Response Teams. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. (3)Further authorize to accept and expend a $30,520 sub grant received from the DOJ’s Violence Against Women Act grant program for the purpose of the enhancement of services to victims of sexual assault through the continued efforts of the Sexual Assault Response Teams. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Agency Income (origin Federal Funds).
