Effective August 31, 2012 through August 30, 2013. 92% Federal, 8% General Funds. #33 Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to enter into a grant agreement with LRGHealthcare d/b/a Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia, NH, under which the Division of Public Health Services will provide three portable ventilators and necessary accessories valued at $20,970 to enhance respiratory medical capacity in response to a large-scale health emergency, using funding supported by the Federal Department of Homeland Security Grant to NH. Effective upon G&C approval and until the grant is terminated by one of the parties. 100% Other Funds.
