Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program Inc., Berlin, NH, as a grant recipient under the Community Services Block Grant to provide community based services and antipoverty programs to low-income families, in an amount not to exceed $647,908. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
